About Iron City Enterprises

Iron City Enterprises LLC is the product of nearly thirty years of hard work. The dream began as R&B Enterprises, a partnership of David Roark and Ben Bennett. After eight years in the partnership, Ben felt it was time for him to move on. Spring 2005 was the birth of Iron City Enterprises LLC. Our company has continued to grow, and happily in 2017 we welcomed Julie Roark into the business. Later, Grace and Garrett established G&G Properties. It’s a blessing to see two daughters following in the footsteps of owning and managing properties.
