Iron City Enterprises is committed to providing a safe, clean, and family-friendly community for all residents. The expectations below apply to every tenant and are part of your rental agreement. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to maintain a neighborhood that everyone can be proud of.
Community Expectations
- Trash disposal. All trash should be placed in the trash bins on a regular basis. Do not leave trash bags piled in the home or on the front or back porch. This helps control ants, roaches, and rodent populations and is a DHEC regulation. Do not leave trash sitting on top of the trash bins, as it usually ends up on the ground creating a mess. Please advise children and guests of this policy as well.
- Lawn care. Grass should be cut and leaves raked regularly. All yards should exhibit a neat and clean appearance at all times.
- No pets. Pets are not permitted on the property. Any animal found on the premises will be considered a stray and will be removed if it does not leave on its own.
- Vehicle requirements. All automobiles on the property must be properly tagged and in running condition. This is a city ordinance and will be enforced.
- No commercial vehicles. Dump trucks and big rigs are not permitted on the property.
- No swimming pools. Portable or above-ground swimming pools are not allowed.
- No outside storage buildings. Sheds or external storage structures may not be placed on the property.
- No trampolines. Trampolines are not permitted on the property.
- No outside clothes lines. Outdoor clothes lines are not allowed.
- Noise and volume. Please keep your radio and music at a considerate volume as you enter the park area. This includes activities such as washing your car or working outside. Please ask your guests to do the same, as some of our tenants work night shifts.
- Outdoor items. Please keep all large items — including grills, children’s toys, and similar equipment — on the back side of the home, out of sight from the street.
We are committed to providing a safe, clean, drug-free family environment for you and all of our tenants. We are confident that you want that same respect from your neighbors. If you do not agree with any of these rules, this may not be the right community for you. Thank you for helping make Iron City a great place to live.
